Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the dich.gg Platform. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" — the dich.gg website and all associated services.
• "User" — any individual who accesses the Platform.
• "Store" — the section of the Platform where Users can purchase CS2 skins listed by other Users.
• "Sell" — the section of the Platform where Users can list their own CS2 skins for sale.
• "Instant Sell" — the feature that allows Users to sell CS2 skins instantly to the Platform bot at a fixed price.
• "Steam" — the digital distribution platform operated by Valve Corporation.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• Have a valid Steam account with the Steam Guard mobile authenticator enabled.
• Not be subject to sanctions that restrict the use of such services.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where the use of the Platform is prohibited by law.
• Use only payment instruments that legally belong to you or that you are expressly authorised to use.

3. Account and registration

Authentication is performed exclusively via Steam's official OpenID protocol. You are solely responsible for the security of your Steam account. Creating multiple accounts, transferring your account to third parties, and using automated access tools without prior written consent are prohibited.

4. Store and Sell

• All transactions are voluntary and made at the User's own discretion.
• Confirming a trade in the Steam app is a final and irrevocable action.
• The Platform facilitates the interaction between parties but is not itself a party to the transaction.
• Users are responsible for verifying the contents of a trade before confirming it. The Platform is not liable for errors made by a User when accepting a trade.

5. Instant Sell

The Instant Sell feature enables Users to sell CS2 items to the Platform bot at a fixed price. The price is final at the moment of trade confirmation. The transaction is considered complete once the bot has received the items.

6. Payments and financial operations

The Platform accepts payments by Visa and Mastercard bank cards, any cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and others), and local payment methods depending on the User's region. All transactions are processed through PCI DSS-certified payment gateways. Full card data (card number, CVV/CVC, PIN) is never stored on Platform servers.

By making a payment, you confirm that you are the lawful holder of the payment instrument used, or that you have explicit authorisation from its holder. Use of third-party payment instruments without their express consent is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification for any transaction.

All prices on the Platform are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion is performed by the payment provider at the applicable exchange rate.

7. Prohibited product categories

dich.gg is not intended and may not be used for: the sale of physical goods, gambling, controlled substances, escort or adult services, weapons, adult content, or any other goods or services prohibited under Visa and Mastercard network rules. The sole subject of all transactions on the Platform is virtual cosmetic items (skins) for the game CS2.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Using the Platform for fraudulent purposes or money laundering.
• Using third-party payment instruments without the holder's authorisation.
• Abusing the chargeback mechanism (friendly fraud).
• Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools without written Platform consent.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Platform systems.
• Transacting with items obtained through illegal means.
• Distributing malicious software or conducting DDoS attacks.

9. Intellectual property

All Platform materials — design, logos, code, and content — are the intellectual property of dich.gg. CS2 items are the property of Valve Corporation and are licensed under Steam's terms.

10. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, price stability, or the absence of technical issues. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dich.gg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Account suspension

The Platform may suspend or terminate a User's access without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or at the request of competent authorities or payment network compliance bodies.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
